I greeted 2020 with a painting entitled „On Second Thought”
On the one hand, in style it refers to its predecessors, on the other, it is a kind of technological experiment. The dynamic figure of a woman was painted in my favorite shade of old gold, while the background was created from a mixture of two shades of gesso acrylic foundation.
For a long time I was looking for the right proportion of black and white that would harmonize with gold, not overwhelming it, but creating the perfect background for a glow. „On Second Thought” will soon appear in the gallery, and for now it has become the hero of my amateur photo session.
